Founder and Creative Director
Chloe Bradwell
Chloe has been working creatively with care home residents for over a decade. She has facilitated a wide range of programmes, from intergenerational projects and creative storytelling to sensory arts and circus workshops.
Chloe has a PhD in Arts in Dementia Care and work as a researcher in the Centre for Dementia Research at Leeds Beckett University. Her work focuses on improving care through creativity and playfulness.
Head of Marketing and Engagement
Sarah Phillips
With over 15 years in the marketing industry, including running her own successful agency, Sarah brings strategic insight and creative leadership to the team. She has spent the past decade immersed in aerial arts as a teacher and a student and is a passionate advocate for social inclusion.
A committed volunteer with Arthritis UK and Helpful Hounds Assistance Dogs, Sarah is also launching a social enterprise that supports individuals with physical and mental differences in pursuing their passions and purpose.
Director of Inclusive Practice and Artist Mentorship
Rebecca Swift
Rebecca is an artist-researcher and mentor with over 30 years' experience fostering inclusion and culture within complex settings, including care homes, SEND schools, hospital wards and diverse local communities. Her practice spans spoken words, dance, theatre, and visual arts.
She has mentored numerous artists over the years, supporting their development in inclusive practice and community-based creative practice.

Jan Patzke & Olivia Quayle
Jan and Olivia are performers blending dance, circus and theatre into innovative, acrobatic storytelling works. They tour internationally and engage diverse audiences through shows and workshops. They guide our Flow for Balance and Strength workshops.
Secret Circus, Emily Garrod-Cox
Founded and led by artist Emily Garrod Cox, Secret Circus is a leading aerial arts studio in BCP. They offer a wide range of classes for all ages and produce aerial circus shows. Our event packages are created in collaboration with Secret Circus and many of our Sensory Circus facilitators also teach at their studio.
Sway Place, Francis Bosompim
Sway Place is a residential and dementia care home in Sway, Hampshire, led by Home Manager, Francis Bosompim. Sway Place helps us design programmes and ensure quality and accessibility through their real-life care experience.
