Directors
Founder and Creative Director
Chloe Bradwell
Chloe has been working creatively with care home residents for over a decade. She has facilitated a wide range of programmes, from intergenerational projects and creative storytelling to sensory arts and circus workshops.

Chloe has a PhD in Arts in Dementia Care and work as a researcher in the Centre for Dementia Research at Leeds Beckett University. Her work focuses on improving care through creativity and playfulness.


Head of Marketing and Engagement
Sarah Phillips
With over 15 years in the marketing industry, including running her own successful agency, Sarah brings strategic insight and creative leadership to the team. She has spent the past decade immersed in aerial arts as a teacher and a student and is a passionate advocate for social inclusion.

A committed volunteer with Arthritis UK and Helpful Hounds Assistance Dogs, Sarah is also launching a social enterprise that supports individuals with physical and mental differences in pursuing their passions and purpose.
Director of Inclusive Practice and Artist Mentorship
Rebecca Swift
Rebecca is an artist-researcher and mentor with over 30 years' experience fostering inclusion and culture within complex settings, including care homes, SEND schools, hospital wards and diverse local communities. Her practice spans spoken words, dance, theatre, and visual arts.

She has mentored numerous artists over the years, supporting their development in inclusive practice and community-based creative practice.
