Introducing our new Flow for Balance & Strength sessions. 🤸

Led by professional acrobats and dancers @jolivyann , these sessions draw on gentle partner-based movement and contact dance. They’re designed for more mobile residents and focus on improving balance, strength, and coordination while encouraging connection and trust through paired activities.

Ending the year on a high ✨ A fun scarf workshop at Sway Place Memory Floor, made extra magical by @sophies.performance.journey, who wowed us with her beautiful silks and singing. So heartwarming to see so many staff engaging and sharing special moments with residents 💛

The gorgeous @beardedladyaerial AKA Frida Expression will be bringing all the glam tomorrow with an inclusive burlesque workshop specially tailored to care home residents. We can’t wait to see her in action! ✨
